We’re seeking an experienced Technical Sales Field Engineer to drive sales growth, provide technical expertise, and build strong relationships with customers in the telecommunications and 5G industries.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Sales Support: Provide technical expertise to customers, sales teams, and distributors.
2. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demos, trials, and proof-of-concepts.
3. Solution Development: Collaborate with customers to develop tailored solutions.
4. Technical Training: Deliver technical training to customers, sales teams, and distributors.
5. Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with competitor products, technologies, and market trends.
6. Sales Forecasting: Provide sales forecasts, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking.
7. Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers, influencers, and decision-makers.
8. Trade Shows and Events: Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, field engineering, or a related role.
3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electronics, low-voltage products (e.g., access control, electromechanical locking systems, server racks, face readers, intelligent key management systems), telecommunications, and 5G technologies.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%) to meet customers, attend industry events, and participate in sales meetings.
